2 man team event with 12 possible beats as we know it.

24 teams. 1 Day event March 21  

Registration will open in January. Registration Fee is non refundable if canceled less than 30 days before the event. 

Entry fee will be $100 per team and will be due by 2/14th at 8 am.

I will do a Flycomps draw the night before at a specified time, and post the draw.

May do the draw on Thursday.

I will set schedule with the draw.

The only reason there will be a redraw is if we catch a conflict exp. same team fishing what they just judged or fishing same water twice.

We will not draw by hand, it was a disaster and causes confusion to not be able to print it out.

There will be 8 beats and we will adjust until the last minute to be fair. The stocking was terrible and all Brook Trout, so they are very tightly grouped.

We do not plan to cancel the event because of Covid-19.
It’s in the woods and the river is safe and clean.

After yesterdays late afternoon news we have been informed by ACWC's staff MD and the forest service that our event should be canceled. Since safety is a priority the official event will be canceled.

If you would like to fish a comp we can still have an unofficial event with no price money and no League or Flycomps involvement. I feel like this is the smart thing to do and fair to all. Registration refunds will begin coming out immediately, please allow a couple days and understand Paypal may still wish to take their fees. I would dispute this with PayPal, but that's just my advice.
