7:00pm :: Registration, check in and dinner at Hartsel Springs Lodge

Friday, May 17th
9:00am - 12:00pm Competition Session 1
2:00pm - 5:00pm Competition Session 2

Saturday, May 18th
9:00am - 12:00pm Competition Session 3
2:00pm - 5:00pm Competition Session 4
7:00pm :: Awards at Hartsel Springs Lodge

Transportation:
Transportation must be provided by the anglers

Awards:
Medals to top 3 teams and individuals.

Angler Limit:
This event will be limited to 24 anglers

Registration Fee:
$135

No-Fish-Period:
All competition water will close to fishing on April 16th at dark.

Host Hotel:
Angler may stay at the Hartsel Springs Lodge https://www.hartselspringslodge.com which will also be the location of the river sector. The organizer has booked the entire lodge and there are 18 beds spit among 2 cabins, and a main lodge with individual rooms.  Rooms & cabins may be booked through the organizer Russ Miller for the nights of Thursday and Friday.  The group rate will be $100 / person for 2 nights (Thurs & Friday).  Anglers may book additional nights directly though the lodges website.  The lodge has a grand room for fly tying and socializing.  The kitchen will be open to all who would like to cook.  The town of Hartsel has a diner and convenient store with the nearest town with additional amenities (grocery, hotel) is Fairplay, 40min away.  Anyone interested in more of a camping experience or crash in the main room on the floor may do so as well, speak to Russ for more info.
