This comp will be on the Hooch WMA on Sat June 17th. 

No-Fish-Period:

Hooch WMA no-fish policy will be in affect starting Sunday, June 11th at dark.

It is team-based but NOT A CUP EVENT. Each team will receive 2 presales codes prior to open registration.  Open registration will begin on Wednesday, May 17th. Anglers associated with a team will receive first priority then any angler not associated with a team can fill in any open slots. 

This will be a 1-day event. 

There will be 12 two-man teams fishing across 6 beats. 

Draws will be held on Facebook Live on Wed, June 14th at 8 PM ET.

The entry fee is $50/team due within 1 week of registering.  If a waiting list exists, failure to pay within 1 week will forfeit your spot to the first team on the list (NO EXCEPTIONS).  

This is NOT a cup event.  

Only 1 person from each pairing needs to register. In the Comments section, please mention who your partner will be. 

Comp will start at PROMPTLY 8 AM and finish at PROMPTLY at 4 PM. Session start and end times are firm.  No concessions to starting or ending late will be made. Sessions will be 90 min. After the session is completed, no more fish can be added and scored.  If the scoresheet is not signed by BOTH the Judge AND the angler, then the Angler will receive a blank for that session. 

Anglers must decide which side the judge will stay on before the session begins as judges can cross the river only once.  Anglers can score fish with either of the two judges.  

If the scoresheet AND scoretrays are not returned at the end of the comp, the last group to fish will receive a blank for that session. 

FIPS 2013 rules apply (normal rules)  

• No flies are excluded 
• Anglers must net fish in their beat 
• Partner can net fish
