Rules: FIPS MOUCHE rules and regulations apply.

Water Closures: Beat water will close Monday,  January 2nd, 2017 at 11:59pm. Practice water, or any water outside of the beats will be open up until the night before.

Body of water: Stony Creek within Norristown Farm Park, Norristown PA. 

Fish: Holdover rainbows and browns from fall stocking

Registration: December 5, 2016, 6pm - Paypal $25 to rmb45@psu.edu  within 48 hours of registration 

Format: This will be a mini style competition, with four sessions, each angler fishes two sessions and equally controls two, in the format of Fish, Control, Fish, Control or Control, Fish, Control, Fish

Sectors: Stony Creek from Elmwood Park Zoo upstream to Meadow Bridge within Norristown Farm Park

Beats: TBD based on water levels

Session 2 10:00-11:30

Lunch 11:30-12:30

Session 3 12:30-2:00
