In conjunction with Fly Fishing Team USA, Team Trutta is hosting our first event on the beautiful, sometimes daunting Little Juniata river.

All Anglers must purchase a Fly Fishing Team USA Membership (year to date membership) before registering for this event. Purchase here.

Rules: FIPS MOUCHE rules and regulations apply. Please contact a Team Trutta member (or any other veteran competitor) for help if necessary.

Water Closures: Beat water will close Sunday, March 19th, 2017 at 11:59pm. Practice water, or any water outside of the beats will be open up until the night before.

Body of water: Little Juniata River located in and near Spruce Creek, PA

Format: This will be a mini style competition, with four sessions, each angler fishes two sessions and equally controls two, in the format of Fish, Control, Fish, Control or Control, Fish, Control, Fish.

Sectors: Lower J (Above church, Junkyard, Quarry), Upper J (Quarry, Above, Vietnam)

1. Saturday March 25th, 7:00PM - ? :  non-mandatory Draw at Champs Sports Grille - Altoona, PA (troughs and score sheets available)
2. Sunday March 26th, 7:00AM-7:45AM: mandatory meeting at quarry parking lot (marked on map) for troughs and score sheets. 
3. Sunday March 26th, 8:00AM - 9:30AM: Session 1a
4. Sunday March 26th, 10:15AM - 11:45AM: Session 1b
5. Sunday March 26th, 11:45AM - 12:45PM: Lunch Break (bring your own food)
6. Sunday March 26th, 12:45PM - 2:15AM: Session 2a
7. Sunday March 26th, 3:00PM - 4:30AM: Session 2a
8. Sunday March 26th, 4:30PM - ?? : Prizes n'at - meet back at quarry parking lot.
