This event will be another "local" in the new Fly Fishing Team USA cycle format. For anglers to be eligible to garner points, they must be from Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas. Or they can be from another region and use this as their one competition outside of the region for the cycle.

Event Format:

Two 3-hour sessions on the bank (no wading) with 10 minutes between beat rotations.
Competitor controlled. This event will be run in a 2-person team format. You can sign up and choose your teammate or a teammate will be assigned to you if you do not have one. Each member of the team will be split into separate groups. The goal is to practice working as a team during competitions.

Session 2c: 3:20 pm - 4:20 pm

Transportation: 
Transportation is provided by the anglers on their own.

Angler Limit: 
This event is currently limited to the first 12 anglers. 

Registration and Fee:
No entry fee but you must purchase a Fly Fishing Team USA membership within 24 hours of your registration confirmation. Please WAIT TO PURCHASE the membership until you have gotten a spot in the comp as it is first come first serve for the registration and there is no guarantee you'll get in. The membership is good for 365 days from when you purchase it. You can purchase the membership at the top of the Fly Fishing Team USA page. Registration opens Friday, October 18 at 5:00 PM MDT.

No-Fish-Period: 
A comp water no-fish policy will be in effect on Wednesday, November 13 at dark.  

Draw: 
The draw will be run on Friday, November 15 at TBD.
